Had great stay on a business trip with consistently courteous staff and unbeatable location in the valley. Comforts of king room with balcony were fabulous. Location: the hotel was just next door to Willow springs raceway, Lancaster and the airport LAX.

It was easy to get to the hotel. The room was very clean and the staff was real nice.

We had a good parking place...the desk staff were nice...the location of our room was across the hall from the dining area.
Our room was not made up after the first evening...did get clean towels at the front desk.. The next day the coffee pot was not cleaned..the bathtub and sink were not cleaned..and no cups were left to replace the ones we used. Also, there were no bibles!!! That did it for me.

Love to rooms very clean
Breakfast used to be very good but there was not much of a choice this time seems like the maid in charge of breakfast puts out what she wants your only warm choice was bacon and eggs im use to having more choices there

The spacious room was great for the family, and the breakfast had plenty of options to satisfy everyone. The staff was accommodating.
My kids wished the pool had been open for some fun swim time.

Like the location of the hotel, as well as how easy they made checking in and checking out. Not only that but our room was available early and they let us check in early. Loved that! We were exhausted from driving all morning and wanted to relax and go swimming.

The rooms werenice and neat with plenty of pillows. I loved the seasonal outdoor pool and the jacuzzi. The only downside was the couch had a small stain, but that didn't take away from our overall enjoyment 🌊
